Pumpkins!

I'm sorry I've been such a bad blogger, life has been just a tad full around here with a third child in the mix. William has been a huge blessing to our family and our love for him makes the late nights and no free time worth it! :)

This afternoon the kids and I met up with my sister in law, Robin, and her little guy Rehn for an afternoon adventure at a local Pumpkin Patch! The cousins had a delightful time tromping through the field picking their favorite perfect pumpkin; Rehn found his within yards of the gate, while the girls were so delighted with the abundant choice of Autumn's bounty that they didn't settle on one until halfway through the field! William's baby pumpkin was the last to be discovered and by then we had made our round through the whole field with not one of the kids' knees making a clean getaway! At one point Rehn was dragged through the vines, holding onto the wagon with all his might - he wouldn't (or couldn't) let go! :) Robin & I simply followed behind the kids most of the time, having great fun taking photos of them with our cameras... Robin just recieved her first "grown up" camera as a gift from her husband and is having fun learning how to use it! :)

Happy Autumn, however wondrously warm you may be! :)

  1. Hey there! I just came across your blog…I’ve recently taken an interest in photography after I had my twin girls and I love your pictures! If you don’t mind me asking, what camera and lens do you use? I just bought a Nikon not too long ago, but I’m asking around to see what other photographers use just in case I decide to trade mine in. If you could let me know that would be awesome! Thanks!
