Harris Family Mini Session

Two friendly dogs greeted me at my car the moment I opened the door. Their beautiful home, just a few hundred yards from the American River , was glowing in the late afternoon sunshine. Marta's warm smile greeted me at the door, followed by her daughter Sierra. (Sierra is a senior and we plan to do her portraits this spring when the fruit trees are blossoming!) After a few moments all was finally ready, so we headed out in the pasture for some family photos. Their other daughter was unable to be there, unfortunately, so you only get to see part of their beautiful family! Even the donkey was following us around, wanting to get in on the fun so we obligingly let it participate... you know, in honor of the first Christmas and all!





Martin, Marta & Sierra - Thank you so much for letting me get a glimpse into your lives and capture some memories for you! I truly hope we can do it again sometime soon, where we can take more time and have some fun all together!
